Cautions for use and installation 1. Please use the electromagnetic brake completely without moisture, oil, etc. If the friction part is stained with moisture or oil, the friction torque will be greatly reduced, and the sensitivity of the brake will be poor. To avoid these conditions in use, please add a cover.

　　2. When using in lots of dust, please put the brakes into the box. Electromagnetic brakes up to 60KGM can be used upright, and even higher models can be used.

　　3. For the size of the long axis used to install the brake, use the specifications of JIS0401 H6 or JS6. The key to install the shaft is one of the ones specified in JIS B1301-1959.

　　4. Take into account the thermal expansion and other factors, the thrust of the installation shaft should be less than 0.2mm.

　　5. During the installation, adjust the suction gap on the machine to within plus or minus 20% of the specified value.

　　6, please keep the bracket light, do not use the brake bearing to withstand excessive pressure.

　　7. For the screws used for assembly, use spring metal sheets, adhesives, etc. to prevent loosening.

　　8. While maintaining the lead wire using the mechanical side frame, use a terminal board or the like for a reliable connection.
